Makes sense. The snoring/snuffling noises and being pushed to the edge of the bed every night play havoc with the quality of a man's sleep

In my experience, making love does not impair sleep. Far from it. Ahem.

But i really do feel i gain strength, comfort, reassurance, happiness, life the universe and everything, from sharing a bed with my partner.
