'Bits'

[Dirty Boy]

Had friends round the other weekend, didn't know what to do, not much time so did 'bits' all obtained from Rainbow (Co-op)


Parma ham
Chorizo
Salami
Rocket salad with fresh parmesan reggiano cheese and balsamic vinegar
Sliced vine tomatoes in balsamic
Lightly toasted pitta bread, sliced into strips
Humous (Jamie Oliver one)
Salsa (Rainbow/Co-op, the fresh one, not found a better salsa ever!)
Sliced peppers
Ciabatta bread
Oil/Balsamic
Chicken strips cooked then lightly fried in peanut butter and garlick

Was lovely, very simple/easy, but looked good, and got a thumbs up

Accompanied by a nice bottle of Monastrell (Jumilla)

Rainbow have been getting some very good reviews lately in the "Taste Test" in the Saturday Times supplement.
