Honda S2000....release date

Anyone know when the new S2000 will be coming out. I have heard Feb but was wondering if anyone has an exact date. Also, has any mag reviewed it yet ??

If you mean the 2002 Model (the one with the glass rear screen etc.) then they are already shipping.

Quoted below from the Honda generation news letter, no dates, but a little bit of news:

It is a hectic timetable, one already begun with last October's appearance of the improved HR-V. This has been rapidly followed by revised versions of two of Honda's most respected sports models, the Honda S2000 roadster and the NSX. The former gains a heated glass rear window for the soft-top, transmission improvements, and new external and interior trim colours - while the long running NSX is treated to its first big visual change in 10 years, with its faired-in headlamps replacing the previous pop-up ones. Both models will be available early in the new year.

NSX? They must be too scared of getting it wrong to risk a proper full on face lift (Stealing styling from Ferrari, us? No, never!)

They're replacing the NSX in a year or two, thats why they've not gone to town on this one.

Rumours abound that the engine for the new one may be 2 F20C engines stuck (to use the engineering term) together (F20C is the S2000 motor - 240bhp * 2 = 4 litre 480bhp V8).
