Phone numbers on web sites

[molestrangler]

Anyone noticed how more and more web sites don't have any phone numbers on them, good strategy if you don't want to deal with complaints ain't it.............................just use their email address and be promptly sent a reply stating that your enquiry is being dealt with.................like hell it is.

Yes and there is nothing more annoying or more likely to cost them my business.
