I'm afraid I'm complicit in the matter. Yesterday I bought a dozen caps of a street corner dust-cap pusher. I gave him ten pence in a sahdy deal but when I got home I found he's swindled me as there was only eight in the "wrap". Someone's told me if you go to Kwikfit and ask nicely they'll give you a few for free. Wicked!
