tas driver in t400r drive shock

Well all most
I nipped into Argos and bought the scalextric tvr challenge set with the eclipse and rollcentre t400r's.
what can i say the kit is excellnet. the cars are very detailed easily on a par with the current crop of fly stuff and they drive well.
Although the Eclipse car did snap off the rear spoiler after about 6 laps as it span off into the skirting board.
The argos kit even comes with a neat lap counter timer that displays fastest lap for each lane.
well worth the 90 quid and is currently setup on the office floor

Authentic build quality too, I'm impressed![]()
.
and true to life they both handle slightly diffently ( possibly due to the rollcentre car being older with more development)
I also decided to compair them with the s speed 12's i have. again true to life one of them developed a fault and wouldbt run, whilst the other was brutaly fast in a straight line but handled so poorley the lap time was 3.5s against 2.4 for the t400r
