Home Office Advert - Don't Bring In Migrant Workers...
Discussion
There's a growing movement in many European countries, including the UK, for governments to absorb illegal immigrants and grant them regular citizanship.
Why?
As persona non grata, they obviously illegally crossed borders to get to their chosen destination. Many do not have legal papers or have destroyed them. Those who have illegitimately worked in Europe up until now have not contributed one jot in tax and, therefore, shouldn't benefit from, say, the stretched UK NHS service to treat their Aids, chillblanes, pregnancy, in-grown toenails etc.
If you disagree with this, ask yourself if you could expect such privillges if you illegally entered, say Pakistan or Saudi as an (old world) indigenous European..

Not that I'm agreeing or disagreeing, but where do you automatically assume they are persona non grata? I was under the impression someone had to have been convicted of a crime BEFORE they could receive this categorisation. Why?
