Quick heads up - just starting on Ch4.

Epic car crash sequence at the start, worth watching just for the special effects and sheer brutality of the accident.

I love those movies. with the dvd of the first one, you get a commentary by the writers too. It gives a fantastic insight into how they put the movie together - all the main characters are named after B movie stars of the 50's, all the pictures on the walls in the airport in the first scenes show how the people die later - painting of a bus, train etc for example. Also, in the scene where someone got run over by a bus suddenly they talked about how they had to insert a 10 second scene immediately after it of someone stirring tea as the trial audiences were that shocked they missed the start of the next important scene.

I have the DVD too and watched the film again straight after but the the directors commentary on. Shame more movies don't have such interesting special features.

We love this, yet live in fear of our children being scratched.

Strange times...

Awful film, truly terrible.

Its like Godzilla without the budget, and Blair with without the atmosphere.

FD2 is crap also, first one was a bit different second one is just ott and boring imo.

Why can't American cars just stop? They all keep revving and making no discernable deceleration. Then they touch another car and barrel roll repeatedly or exploded spectacularly.
