Zoom Air - credit card tickets advise

Need to ask a bit of advice.

Paid for a ticket on a Zoom flight. The ticket was purchased using a visa card. Is there a proceedure inplace where I can get my money back from visa for non delivery of merchandise ?

I seem to recall something about this but cannot find any supporting documentation on teh web .. anyone ?

Yes I understand this is the advice zoom are giving out themselves, ask your CC company to credit your account with the cost of the ticket.

All you need to do. Did this when Maxjet went under. Just had to provide proof. The fact that their website said they'd gone under was enough.
