I was in a prestige german car manufacturers showroom recently picking up my car from a service. Whilst I was waiting for the service chap to remedy one of the errors he made, I overheard quite clearly a couple of the highly trained and vetted sales people exchange a very offensive joke across the showroom floor.

Or perhaps not...If I overhear a joke I think is ott I just shake my head and ignore it. s
