New Job dilema

New job come up in work, more complex projects to manage etc... Thing is salary is only £1000 a year more than current job, hardly a promotion that!. However in 3 years if im a good boy and work hard I can easily be on 10k a year more. Current job I could be sat here surfing for the next 10 years and not earn a bean more than I am now. Hmm what to do. PH's or work?.

Take it, get experience. Leave in 1 year and get a job paying the 10k more then...
