I was told my Tuscan was Citroen Mango Orange in colour but having seen a Saxo in that colour today it doesn't seem quite right.
The code from the boot is P422 pny6b is there a way of finding if indeed it is the same Orange Mango colour and/if it has some slight variance? (I gather the P422 means an ICI code but???)
I was told its the only Tuscan in that colour too so don't know if that makes it worse!

I need to replace my touch up paint - I have a wee pot but the paint is incredibly thick so unless thee is a way of thinning it (??) I need some more (or to stop getting chips)

thanks

Craig

any half decent body repair shop will be able to match your colour on the micro chip, just get them to mix you a 10th of a litre or what ever the minimum is they can mix, failing that try your local automotive parts supplier like brown brothers etc as they supply paint also, while your there get some standard thinners to add to the paint you already have and just add a drop to thin it a little, you can use the rest to clean your brushes after doing any diy around the house so its not wasted.

i cannot find any reference to this colour but i will check in an old ici book tomorrow, if you go to a nexa paint supplier and give them that code they should be able to help.

No matter what color it is Craig it does look good, I think you bought it from a guy in our region and that's the color name I was told too.
ps; hope the clutch is ok now after the troubles you had.

cheers Kev!

all seems well after the clutch going pop. You are right on where I got it - I used to live in Sheffield so buying a "flying mango" from Barnsley also felt right.

Spendind time fettling and sussing out how all the bits go together. The colour is fabulous just want to keep it looking that way too.

If it helps, I got some paint made up at Halfords today. A small pot for £7.99. I did have a code retrieved from the internet but it didn't match their database so it remains to be seen how it matches with what is on the car. It should be BMW Techno Violet. BMWs I've seen with this do look a little darker and less metallic than mine and the colour is indeed quite dark so it remains to be seen how this works.
