I cant understand why a company who is touting their car as an as-new conversion would list a car for sale with 1month MOT, a list of faults, and no warranty. Why not just fix it so it can be advertised as perfect, as they want perfect money for it....

I got 6 months warranty with my honda elise purchase, and I am sure that if there was confidence in the car they would do the same for a speedy sale.....
