Dear All

Currently on holiday and have been looking at venues in the south for Roar 2009.

I have seen a couple of stunning venues for next year however I urgently need your help!

The plan is to have the event in the south and it will be run over the full weekend starting agian with a meal on friday.

The plan is to have a full Black tie ball on the saturday night after a full day of activities. It must be stress this weekend is all about having fun and letting your hiar down for those of you with hair!!!

The dates will be around July /August

Now heres where you come in I need to know how many of you would be up for this as it requires a massive amount of work and pleeding with the hotels in question.

All I need is for you to post your interest at this stage.

At Roar 2009 all TVRs are welcome it will make thing so much more interesting!!!!!!!

Kindest Regards

Angus

Dear all

I thinks we have the venue and it looks stunning and its not Downs Hall as this was simply to expensive!

I am going to visit on the 1st September and the costings are looking very good!

To all who loved The Moorside Grange I promise you it will not disapoint

To all of you that live in the south this is firmly in the south without it being on the south coast!

Give me till second week in September and I will post full details!

IMO having fun and letting hair down isn't compatible with being dressed up in DJ with black tie!!

My only interest would be as a day visitor on the Saturday or Sunday.

Nick.
P.S Still don't like departure from Chimfest for event name. frown

sounds good, but I agree that the black tie is a bit much, you can still let your hair down without one!!
will there be camping facilities at this event, at least some of us poupers can light the bar b and sink a few beers in the eveninghehe probably whilst its raininghehe
