Flasher relay - how to reach it

I need to change the flasher relay on my 98 S1 Elise. What's the easiest way to access it? I believe it is located under the passenger side dashboard.

Just lie on your back in the passenger well & you should see it just above you, it should be the smaller of the two relays there
