Kinda suprised they put the diesel motor in it but suits me, I take it this is a runout special with the Mito coming ?.

The Mito isn't a replacement for the 147. It's a new model which sits - and will sit - below the 147 and it's eventual replacement thus no runout model is needed. Yet.http://www.alfa147ducati.co.uk/

re. this model. It's Alfa treading water whilst at the same time trying to "Jazz up" an ageing, overdue-for-replacement model. There's this, the Colletzione (?), and once the GT Cloverleaf is gone, I'd imagine there'll be a Cloverleaf to see it out (which'll probably replace the Ti...).
I've seen ONE facelifted 147, yet billions of its competitors. Something needs to be done...

It did look nice especially in white, although 17.5k seems like a lot... starting to become drawn to alfas for some reason, especially the brera S and 159 Ti

I'd agree with the rest of it - £17.5k does seem a lot for a 147, albeit a 170bhp 147, and the Brera S and 159 ti are both very attractive cars...
