Insurance question

I am trying to get a reasonable quote for the insurance on my yet to pick up series 2 111s. I have put it in my wifes name for the reason of she has 6 yrs protected NCD and no car to put it against( we sold her car to buy the Elise) So far A plan has said for 3k miles (want more) and be in a garage at all times ( sounds like 3k driving round my garage sounds like I'll get dizzy) is £380.What and who do you guys use for the insurance and what do you pay?

the wife is the wrong side of 39. I might go into the shop and see what I can get. I nearly bought an Exige at the beginning of the year and was 7k more value and unlimited mileage and was cheaper.
