Which Ramseys in London to go for???
Discussion
I am invited to chose a Dinner at a Ramsey venue in London- now for those who have been there which is the pick of the bunch (I am primarily interested in the food- I wouldn't mind to meet the man himself but it is not a must and I do not care at all to be seen with celebs or meet them- it is really the dining I am after)
Is Gordon Ramsey's in Chelsea still the one to go for or should one opt for one of his more recent aqusitions???
Thanks for your thoughts

For fine dining Petrus, for something more contemporary Maze
Sounds about right. We were at Petrus 2 weeks ago and it was superb. Proper 'cuisine' rather than ultra-modern food (a-la Blumenthal), but very well executed and with immaculate service. Whether Ramsay and Wareing have fallen out makes no odds, as long as the food continues to be as good as it is!
Re: Claridges - if it makes a difference Mark Sargeant is a petrolhead...posted up on here a little while back...think he may have a Gallardo now.
