Evening, anybody have any pearls of wisdom on how to release the lower shock bolt from the wishbone? The bush material just rotates leaving the bolt seized into the inner metal bit of the bush and i cant get anything in there to whack it.

Thanks as Ever....

Sorry mate
I use an air hacksaw, or some people use a mini disc cutter to cut the bolt off.

The usual method is to use an air wrachet .. and on the other side use a lever against the bolt to apply pressure..

Soaking the bolt over night with penetrating oil too..

Then it's heat / cut off tool time but it should be a last resort as it's possible to damage other components.

Took me a total of 18 hours to get one bolt out, but lots of soaking, air/normal ratcheting, freezing, heating and the rest of it and it finally came out.

After many hours of phaffing around and soaking it in everything available and using all the freezing sprays, etc, went out and bought a cheap Black and Decker angle grinder.

It was the only way it was going to come out.

just cut it, you will probably have to in the end anyway.

Thanks for the tips guys, in the end the angle grinder would have probably made a mess of things so i used an air hack saw. You just gotta love air tools....
