Anyone else got it? i bought it yesterday and have been slowly getting into it after completing COD4.

It's pretty complicated, like all the inventory ect.

Also bought an HDMI cable and experienced HD for the 1st time..... totally blown away, doesn't seem that long ago when i was playing on the master system and now the graphics are so good you can see the texture and stitching of the body armour!!!

Hello, yes, I got MGS4. One of the best games ever made. I was one of the geeks that got the game waited in line and got the game at midnight. I have yet to experience the wonder that is HD, I'm just playing on a tiny TV frown

There is an edit button you know.

I've got MGS4, only felt compelled to play through it the once so far, was very enjoyable but the ending was a bit drawn out.

It's basically a giant interactive film.

Christ some of those cutscenes are over an hour long.

Using Rex is fun though

i know what you mean the dialog between and during missions seems to be a little OTT and ramblings about nothing, but i tend to skip through them anyway.

I've only just started playing it and its taking a while to get used to but its a brilliant game, i was expecting to be dissapointed after COD4, however im very impressed!

First time I played through I had to watch it all, can't miss any of the story biggrin

And you're right about the gameplay, it's fantastic. Some very good bits nearer the end, don't worry, I won't give any away wink
