hi i'm not sure what u want to know,if u go to advance search under engine in classics and scroll down page 3 i think u might find a picture,the engine was biult by john wade ,high efficiency heads,converted to hydraulic followers and a load of other stuff,i do remember that john had to restamp the engine block numbers so beside the heads under going quite a bit of work and all the internal bits the block get a good going over as well.brain let me know how u get on with your 5 speed conversion at track v road, i'm still thinking either have the f type box with over drive rebiult or go type9 ,t5 would be good
