Hi Folks! Well, the engine bay is finally ready to accept the LS7. It's about time, ay? Hoping for engine start up this weekend. Trans oil, coolant, and plenty of oil at the ready.

The only items remaining are to make up the dry-sump lines, oil cooler lines, and trans cooler lines. I still have lots of dash electrical on the horizon and a (non-fly-by-wire) throttle cable bracket. Those can wait 'til the engine is running!!!

I have a plumbing question regarding the coolant small hoses. Does the coolant from the engine head tube (small hose) connect with a "T" into the small hose that runs from the lower port on the swirl pot, back to the rad? Seems the only logical connection. Can someone confirm this?

The other small hoses run from the top port on the swirl pot, to the bottom of the expansion tank. From the top of the expansion tank, out the back of the engine bay.

I t'ed mine back into the main line going into the swirl pot. Tieing it back into the return line from the rad should work also.

The other small hoses run from the top port on the swirl pot, to the bottom of the expansion tank. From the top of the expansion tank, out the back of the engine bay.
