New S2 Owner

Just a quick hello to everyone. Already used this forum to solve a list of issues!

Rear Light Connecters
Reversing Light Switch
Fitted Front Spots (used to more modern lights)

The list goes on and on.

But i have to say for a perfectionest like me, all of the issues like squeeks and rattles are of no consiquence what so ever, as soon as you turn the key it all goes away!

Loving this car, any advice always welcome, and if i can be of any help to anyone just ask.

Also will be really interested in meeting up with some other owners, whens the next organised meet??

Hi, welcome to the joys of S ownership!

Sorry, I don't know about the reversing light switch or the front spot lights (I don't have them), but the usual problem with the (Escort Mk4 - 1988) rear light connectors is that the contacts get dirty and need cleaning (I use electrical contact cleaner).
