...when you buy this housetongue out

The credit crunch must be bad if you are having to give Ferraris away with your house.

Quite clever really, it's only a cheapo 328, maybe £20-30K worth assuming it runs and isn't broken down, but gets a lot of free advertising attention and stupid people will probably fall for it.

Damn right. Who in their right mind would choose that over a much better property within commuting distance of London. I hate London.

Will those same stupid people also believe that the house is "A beautiful three storey, four bedroom townhouse"?

That's fking brilliant...

Most people think any Ferrari is £100k's worth.

I bet that's up for £50k over value too smile

That's why he's 'giving away' a Ferrari with it...

I see a modern house with low maintaneance. So cheap to run. Plus it's got the garage underneath so when the area floods only the car gets trashed but all my stuff will be above and I wont need to move out.

Makes it a very attractive property to me. I'll give him £120,000 for it.

Nice car... my favourite in fact. But they'd have to knock 90% off the price of the house before I could afford it!

I quite like the 328 GTB personally.

Do we suppose the ad is genuine or just someone's sense of humour?
