Lense Mount Confusion - Canon

Right i have a canon 350D

HAve been looking for a zoom lense upto around 300mm

I can only find this one which has the EF-S lense mount

Canon EF-S 55-250mm F4-5.6 IS Zoom Lens

What i am really looking at it this one

Or if i have to go for the budget option would this one fit???

you can have EF or EF-S lenses on your canon. the 55-250 is better than the other ones you list.

yes it will because it is an EF lens.

Yes it will fit, its an EF mount.
the 350D Will take both EF and EF-S lenses as stated by the poster above.

As for the budget option, the sigma is a cracking lens for the money...it was my latest purchase for the F1 testing and also got plenty of use at goodwood last weekend. As said both canon lens's will fit.

EF & EFS will fit your 350D, just remember that if you upgrade to full frame (5D, 1D etc) the EFS will not work on them
