How do I STOP alarm arming please?

If I am on a ferry and want to lock car but without alarm?
Its a 99 Griffiths, with a plop and four flashes lock alarm imobiliser. Off to Le Mans Classic in NINE MINUTES but want to lock the car on the ferry but without the alarm sounding all the crossing.
How please oh TVR Gurus?
