Turns out mates missus is a budding model, own site etc and doing paid work.

Thing is she is happy to work with me for free = good times

She lives 200 miles away = bad times

I doubt my pokey home studio would do her any real justice so does anyone know for studios for hire in/around the Tameside area? There are pleanty of places down here at reasonable rates but figure it would be better for me to go see her. Actually might try to squeeze in a quick test shot at the old Hartsead powerstation this weekend....

50 notes a day is quite cheap! I know that was a special offer but thanks for the heads up.

All my kit is protable so I'm going to check local areas to the girl for now but need a studio as a potential backup so cheers!

Actually you aware of any decent industrial estates/locations in a bit of disrepair? I'm going to check out the old powerstation at Hartshead/Heyrod but seeing as you are in the area too wondered if you had any location tips biggrin

What about Mossley/Greenfield? Plenty of old mills still standing.

I'm from Mossley, my parents still live up there. I guess it is losing some of its character. frown

I'm sure there are some mills still in Stalybridge or Oldham etc.

Went to both - too knackered to workout the years, but I'm 33 if that helps! biggrin

Lived just off Staley Road until 11 then moved to Carrbrook.

Was out in StalyVegas on sat night! thumbup

I noticed on your profile you say you don't take your camera home? Why? It's more photogenic that bleedin' Swindon!
