All I seem to ask is how to undo stubborn bolts...
Discussion
Down to my last bolt (hopefully) on the Taimar before I have a bare chassis (ok, more of a brown flakey chassis kit. ...)
On one of the diff stabilising straps right at the back, it looks like the bolt has rusted to the metal sleeve inside the rubber bush. I've tried penetrating oil, and the bolt does turn with difficulty but I think it's actually the entire bush turning.
Do I reach for the blowtorch
or the hacksaw?
tia for words of wisdom.
cheers

Hello Nick,
Is there enough space to use a flex-shaft with a grinder?
How about a Dremel tool?
If you're any good at sharpening drill bits, drilling works well but the grade 8 bolts dull the bits quickly.
Sometimes, grinding away the head and then center-punching the remaining stud, followed by drilling out the stud with progressively larger bits is the best (but not quickest) way.
Here's incentive to keep you going.

Good luck,
