How do you get the doors off of an S type (V8S)

The body shop doing my respray would like to know how to remove the doors, any ideas.

takethe speaker out, or all door card
put your hand in to top/bottom corner you will feel 1 bolt top/bottom
undo and door will come off
i did no have to undo mine ,it just fell off

if you did take off door card there is a small bolt3/4 way up inside
that you cannot see ,make sure you take it off

they are screwed inot captive nuts in the fibreglass which may break if too much force is used

As spivvy says, be very careful when undoing them they can pull the captive nuts out. Pre-soak them with easing oil both from inside the door as well as where the captive nut is in the sill. The upper bolt tends to be easier to deal with. Do a search on PH we have posted previous info plus photos that should help.
