Could this be the start of a public photo licence? Have the government seen an angle to tax the public on something else? Or is this our nanny state gone crazy? answers on a postcard.
From how i read all this stuff it just seems that there are a few over excited coppers and a lot of ignorant PCSOs. The law is still very much on our side, as is the government.
