Photography Book - any recommendations?
Discussion
I bought myself a fujifilm s6500 fd bridge camera several months ago after reading the recommendations on here. Would now like to learn more about photography techniques, apertures, exposures etc, with a view to eventually moving on to a DSLR once I have improved my techniques...
Can anyone recommend a good book to learn from?
cheers

I would highly recommend Understanding Exposure, it covers pretty much everything and includes shots with all the settings used.

I like the Scott Kelby books,"The Digital Photography Book" i have Vol 1 and 2, dont bombard you with theory, its more, here are the basics for alot of scenarios, cars, close ups, portraits sunsets fireworks... now ive given you basic settings and what i would do... go have a go!
Just bought Volume 2 - got 5 star reviews from Amazon and only cost £9.74 including postage. Can't go wrong really...DC
