1 inch suspension forks

hi,

my brother has an old orange clockwork with a 1 inch headset and would like to try some suspension forks with it. anyone have an idea what to look for? Rockshox Mag21, Indy S/C... He doesnt want anything with too much travel as that would upset the handling but i dont think 1 inch headset have been used for a while on MTBs so the chances of finding anything with big tracvel is doubtful

I'd suggest scouring Ebay for some old school forks like the ones you have stated, also those really old Marzocchi's, i can't remember the name.
Failing that there's always the Kona Project 2 rigid fork.

Marzocchi make 100mm MX Pros in 1 inch steerer, often ordering those for people with old Orange Frames and the like.

Also you can get Pace RC36's (or is it RC35's) in 1 inch as the steerer tube is interchangeable. You can get a shim for the crown IIRC. I used to have them on my old Clockwork.
