Not desiccated or creamed but shredded! Anybody know where I can get some from, used to be able to buy packets in Tesco and the like seems not anymore.
The recipe it's used in is pretty labour intensive without all the shredding, drying etc. It work reasonably well using desiccated it just doesn’t look as good.
