Cleaned the Chim today and as I was cleaning the inside of the engine bay I accidently took off the plastic thingy that holds the bonnet stay when it is down.

It fell down the engine but I can't find it anywhere so it is probably stuck somewhere in the chassis, bugger.

Are these things universal and if so, where can I get one?

I'm fairly sure they are a ford part, mine is not the same as on the CT pics as it clips in from the top, not the side. Could be ford escort from around the same build time as the tiv. Kim.

They're just chassis clips, 20p each from any vehicle electrical suppliers.
