I'd have thought so, its huge. Diesel was 131.9 when I went passed today (sorry didnt notice petrol or super unleaded, was in the work-horse).

Hello, yes there is also a garage at junction 12 M20 Tesco's which takes credit cards in DIY pumps.

Yes. The BP station on the A20 route into Dover on the roundabout for the Western Docks is 24hr.
