TV Coverage?

I want to setup my Sky+ box to record all the good stuff from LM. Anybody know what channel(s) will be broadcasting it (including the build-up/scrutineering)??

Aparently ITV4 are showing the test day this weekend but I dont know times I am afraid. Not hard to find out though
