A6 build slot before week 28

[willdew]

I'm looking for an new A6 saloon, but my local dealership can only do me a build slot of week 28 (7th July), so delivery 4 weeks later (early August).

I'm after one sooner than that. Can anyone suggest any dealerships might have a build slot earlier than this?

Thats pretty quick for A6. I had to wait 16 weeks for mine

I'd say that's very quick. I've got to wait 5 months for an A3!

I think my friends Dad decided he'd go to a hire-purchase company and buy it outright straight away to get it quicker, just so happened they had one almost just how he wanted it.

Yep that pretty quick.
