Anyone got any experience of what tyre pressures to run with these for a track day...

Try 36 psi all round. That should be fine, but certainly no lower.

On track the tyres will heat up a lot more than normal road use, this will increase the pressure. Last time I did a track day in the Griff I was told to leave to pressure as standard or only increase by a couple of psi.
