My younger brother has just bought a brand new base bikes jump frame from a very reputable bike shop for £50. The reason its cheap is because its not the latest stock I believe, I think that its about 2 years old, but it has been in the shop its whole life. There is one left and I am wondering whether to buy it and put it on ebay. Does anybody know how much this frame would be worth?
Thanks in advance.

Not as much as you think, great frame for £50,

but, I would not expect to put it on ebay, and make a tidy return.

But if you want to go for it, set a reserve for £80, see how you go.

Good Luck though.

Im not looking to make a massive profit, but a couple of quid would be acceptable. Would it realistically sell for about £80 do you think?

best case senerio, yes, it could make £80 or a bit more.

But it might not make the reserve of £50, which means you get to keep it.

If you don't mind that fine. if not don't buy it.

The only thing that would put me off, is if the frame is going to pull a definate profit, then the shop would proubably E-bay it.

Good Luck mate.
