2006 Polo 1.9 tdi sport (100bhp)...any good?

Hi all, just looking for some impartial advice....
Im wanting to buy a 06 Polo 1.9 tdi sport, partially for my wife and partially to keep the miles down on my R32.
I like the idea of the bigger engine, more torque etc, but am I wasting my time, should I be looking at the 80bhp 3 pot..

Has any one had one, and if so any problems etc.....any advice would be fantastic!

Have you checked out Parker's Owner's Reviews?
My cousin has one and it hasn't had any notable problems.
