Front springs 1600M

Hi all, need new front shockers and springs for 1976 1600M.
Current springs are 2.5" inside dia and shockers are Koni.
Would like to buy adjustable height type.
How easy are they to swap and where is best place to buy ?
I will need the springs not just the shockers.
