Clutch Cylinder Change

Morning all, I am trying to get the 'S' back on the road this weekend and need to change the Slave (hopefully not the Master also) and it looks like a reasonably simple job (watch this space for a quick reversal!). I did see a step by step guide to doing this but now can't - can anybody shine any light on this or give me any golden advice?
