really fresh red mullet
BBQ or smothered in the pan (I think oven cooking less good as lots of fat????)
Any suggestions welcome (friends brought lots of them)

I'd fillet it, and pan fry or grill it (skin side toward the heat, either way, hoping for crispy skin).

Probably on mash; and a green vegetable would finish the colour scheme...

I would fillet it and remove the skin place on foil, olive oil season with fresh ground pepper, salt, then add capers or sliced gherkin, oven bake
