Popped my Cannock cherry today...
Discussion
Various things conspired against our little jaunt to Derbyshire today so we ended up doing the Follow the Dog trail at Cannock, all five of us had not done it before.
Just bloody superb, still buzzing, it's exactly what I wanted to do when coming back into the sport and it made me love my Fuel just that little bit more. My missus (riding my old cast off hardtail with a second hand suss fork added) also loved it and is now totally hooked after notching up her confidence a few hundred percent!
Even on a b/hol Monday it was not too busy, really nice atmosphere there too between the riders. Top marks to the guys who built and maintain it.
Not much more to say really...just a fantastic "great to be alive and out there" day!

We were there as well today...2 red hardtails (a Stiffy and a Prince Albert, fnarr fnarr)and an 04 Enduro
Was good if not a little damp in places
If you go again you need to get somebody to show you the stuff on the "other side". The monkey trails superb and I hope its the start of a new black trail
