In readiness for my Roush zorst going in, I'm planning on upgrading my fuel pump and wiring etc. Am I right in thinking that all I need do is take the existing +ve feed to the pump and direct that into the energising coil of the relay (and then to earth) then run a new beefed up bit of wire from the battery to the switchable contact of the relay and from there to the pump?
If so, can someone give me ratings of what gauge wire to use and spec of the relay?
If anyone has pics of how they've done it, routing the wire etc, I'd be grapefruit if they can send them through to me.
Finally, what fuel pump should I fit, part numbers etc?
Cheers,

F.C.

You can take the feed directly from the starter solenoid on the battery side which is easier to get to.

If Roush do the job they change the pump as part of the upgrade.

In short, don't worry, they will do it smile

Use a 30amp rated relay and a bit of 1.5mm tri-rated single for the feed from the battery. This will take 15amp. Make sure you run through an inline fuse. One comes with the upgrade kit. Not sure the fuse rating though.

I can get you some single Blue if you are stuck.
