F1 driver buried in his car

Help! One of my colleagues claims a Ferrari F1 driver was buried sitting behind the wheel of his racer when he died. Furthermore he claims he was buried at Box Hill in Surrey. Is there any hint of truth in this?? I haven't been able to find any info on the net so far.

I don't know about an F1 driver near Boxhill (Surrey) I used to live in Surrey and never heard of this. However, I did hear of a rich American (lady I think) who was buried in a Ferrari (500 Superfast I think) in the USA.
