A few weeks ago I had a Ride Drive day, money very well spent. Being naive, I thought that my missus would appreciate a day's tuition and would also stop me from worrying about the car when she had the occasional urge to go to Waitrose/hairdressers etc in the Griffith.

Her day out was last Friday, she therefore used the car all last week to get better aquainted. Mr TD from Ride Drive arrived on Friday and took her to the same proving ground as Beano500, and then allowed her to do "doughnuts".

Now, the problem is I can hardly get into the car, she comes back everyday telling me about overtaking from launchpads, drifting round corners and vanishing points.

The lesson is obvious, if you are happy with a TVR timid partner, keep them that way. Do not let Ride Drive destroy a perfectly normal car selfish relationship.

You're not selling are you Pies?

By the way, thanks for your 7 point list on how to clean a car. I printed it out and followed it. Excellent results, now just wash and occasionally wax, thanks.
