Its always a long job that one , shoulders ache for a while after holding the buffer above your head , then the hand polish after .
We used to use hull cleaner first to get rid of the yellow staining , turns it white then that horrid diesel / exhaust stain takes a good amount of time with the polish / compound . I once worked for a owner who moaned at finger prints on varnish and GRP . Only me and the good lady as crew on a busy 70ft fly bridge motor cruiser . Oh well i guess it payed well !

Mind you the USD - £ was bit better back then , not so good now .Whatever its always better than fixing cars in a Ford main dealers i can tell you.

There is a nice Sunseeker Manhatten sat in Benalmadena harbour that needs a good detail...either that or a repspray.

Hi Capri yes im at the IYCA machine polishing a large Lurssen, i think i saw some of you guys from Capri on your shirts.What did you think of the shine on the hull i was working on ?
