I must admit I haven't kept up-to-date with the latest product releases recently, but quickly searching I found two bikes that may be of interest ...
GT Tempest 3.0 Disc:

GT bikes are really well built and offer a decent spec for the price. Alternatively, if you don't mind spending extra cash then look at Specialized
