Spotted Griffith, Chimera, Tuscan on Saturday
Discussion
Wooo, all in one day....
Minding our own business we set off (from Slough) in the Green Griff for the Chilli Festival in Chichester and then it all started...
1. (1030am) Spotted Blue Chimaera (got a node
) Ascot area I think
2. (1100am)Blue Tuscan bombing over a roundabout nr Farnham
3. (1130am) Blue Griff (with lots of logos on it, www.pistonheads.com on the boot (I'm the Green Griff that let you out at that junction just at the bottom of the hill - dam I can't remeber the name of the village but it was getting close to Hazelmere kind of direction)
and in the carpark at the chilli feastival...
4. (5pm) Grey Tuscan and
5. (5pm) Red Chrimaera (that snuck off when we were warming up the engine)
Phew, is this a record... I didn't include the TVR's at Fernhurst as I guess thats cheating!
Oh and the times are kind of guesses
Edited some naff spelling!

As per number 2 above.....
I wasn't "bombing". Just taking the racing line over the roundabout !
Just got her back from Tom Horsburgh near Farnham, getting some minor bodywork done.
I'd missed her so was just remembering how much fun she can be......
Never been "spotted" before !!
Racing line, yeh was doing loads of that this morning, in one of those steaming rather than bumbling moods this morning, more awake than usual for the drive in.
So what happened to the bodywork or is it a sore point?
Gavin
Long story but my Dad opened up the service bonnet and didn't realise that it doesn't go up 90 degrees.... More like only 45 if you are lucky. Split the base of the bonnet, cracking the fibre glass. Dad said - Oh dear. Did I just do that... ?
Tom H sorted it no problem. And no, I didn't charge my Dad ! Makes up for some of the knocks I did to his car when I was 17 !

Did he get three whole turns on the steering wheel as well?
What car did he have that you "knocked" then?

Yeah - those tractors are a tad tricky to steer!!

There was the incident with the metro and the tractor. Obviously not my fault. I could never quite get the hang of the garage dimensions either so a few scrapes there.
Part of being a parent though isn't it ? That's why I'll never have kids !
